Payment Options
Program package does not cover the cost of food, equipment, and/or supplements recommended.
We offer flexible payment options to make our services accessible, and accept credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). We do not accept insurance or EAP's.
